Approach Cyber in Belgium is seeking a driven Trusted Advisor / Business Development Manager to accelerate growth. You will build and own your pipeline across SMEs, large corporates and public institutions, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will translate cyber risks into business value, work with senior leaders, and collaborate with our presales and delivery teams to craft tailored security and resilience solutions. Hybrid office options in Mechelen or Mont-Saint-Guibert.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in cybersecurity or tech.
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch; strong English.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous and targets-driven.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Hunt and develop new clients across Belgium.
• Act as Trusted Advisor addressing cybersecurity challenges.
• Build pipeline and manage CRM.
• Lead proposals and negotiations with presales and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and events to raise visibility.
