Rhox seeks a senior Change Manager to lead the IS transformation and NIS2 adoption in a large public-sector setting. You will guide governance, map impacts, and shape adoption strategies across managers, processes and tools to ensure resilient security practice.

Fluent Dutch and French with English at B2 level are required, alongside strong coaching and stakeholder management skills to drive enduring change across complex teams and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with change management and organisational transformation.
• Exposure to information security management in IS environments.
• Track record in public sector or large organisations.

Responsabilités

• Set the overall change management strategy and roadmap for IS transformation and NIS2 programmes.
• Produce impact maps across organisational, business, process, tool and capability changes.
• Assess stakeholders, engagement levels and resistance; maintain mitigation plans.
