SNCB/NMBS is seeking a Domain Lead to drive transformation and cybersecurity strategy adoption. You will co-author policies with GRC and HR, lead change management across cybersecurity projects, and translate strategy into practical guidance for business units.

The role requires 5+ years in change leadership, a Master’s in a related field, and strong English/French/Dutch communication. Remote work options and competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent change-management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading change management programmes or organisational transformation in regulated/multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong ability to translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable guidance; multilingual communication.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, co-author and implement cybersecurity policies with HR and leadership.
• Own and drive the change management track across cybersecurity projects; oversee awareness, training, and adoption.
• Translate cybersecurity strategy into concrete, role-specific guidance for business units.
• Track adoption, maturity, KPIs; report to Executive Leadership and adapt approach based on evidence.
• Ensure programmes align with risk appetite, governance, and industrial relations requirements; coordinate policy changes with HR.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with Management Teams, HR IR, and HR Talent to build coalitions for change.
