Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Change Manager to lead the human dimension of its digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives in Brussels. You will define and implement the global change management strategy and drive adoption across the information systems department, aligning structures, processes, and security practices.

You will coach project teams, develop communication plans, and monitor adoption using ADKAR indicators and KPIs.

Qualifications

5+ years of change management experience using ADKAR.
5+ years leading IS environment transformations.
3+ years in Information Security Management (NIS2/CyFun).
3+ years in large organizations or the public sector.
3+ years with ITIL standards.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder influence skills.
Fluent in French or Dutch with English proficiency.

Responsabilités

Define and implement the global change management strategy and roadmap for transformation and cybersecurity programs.
Conduct impact assessments mapping organizational, business, and technical changes.
Develop communication plans to foster a proactive security culture.
Establish and support change ambassadors and security champions.
Coach project managers, product owners and teams on adoption strategies.
Monitor adoption progress using ADKAR indicators and KPIs.
