Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years leading change management programmes or organisational transformation.
• Proven ability to write clear policy documents and executive communications.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, co-author and implement cybersecurity policies with HR and leadership.
• Lead the change management track across cybersecurity projects from awareness to adoption.
• Translate cybersecurity strategy into practical, role-specific guidance for units and teams.
• Track adoption, maturity, and KPIs; report to Executive Leadership.
