• B2B Relationship Management: Manage incoming corporate inquiries across phone and digital platforms, consistently meeting strict safety standards and service benchmarks.
• Operational Problem-Solving: Identify the root causes of complex technical and operational issues, delivering swift, long-term resolutions for commercial clients.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Key Account teams to maintain data accuracy and optimize operational workflows.
• Paid Onboarding Program: Prior experience in automotive or logistics industries is not required; we provide a fully paid, intensive training program covering all necessary technical aspects of global fleet operations and shipping.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in both German and Dutch is required.
• Corporate English: At least B2-level English to effectively handle internal, cross-border communications and company reporting.
• Core Competencies: A strong commitment to client satisfaction combined with composure during high-volume operational periods.
• Software Aptitude: Comfort operating and switching between various databases and specialized software tools.
