Responsabilités

• Four-day onsite, one remote day per week in Ghent facility
• Engage with B2B clients and enterprise platforms maintaining safety, quality and dependability
• Analyze complex supply chain issues and implement rapid, bespoke fixes for corporate clients
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Global Supply Chain to accelerate resolutions and keep precise records
• Complete comprehensive training through company-paid onboarding, training provided regardless of prior automotive background

A premier international leader in commercial transport and heavy-duty vehicles is hiring an assertive Strategic Advisor. In the fast-moving global logistics sector, our primary objective is minimizing vehicle downtime while optimizing fleet performance. Operating from our commercial hub in Ghent, Belgium, you will act as the vital connector bridging our senior automotive engineers and the international corporations powering global commerce.

This position extends well past standard consulting. You will directly furnish enterprise fleet managers and global dealer networks with specialized technical guidance, operational troubleshooting, and tailored logistics solutions.

Core Responsibilities & Workflow

• Hybrid Schedule: Enjoy a balanced workweek consisting of four days onsite at our modern Ghent facility and one remote work day from home.
• B2B Client Engagement: Conduct executive-level business interactions via phone and enterprise platforms, upholding core standards of safety, quality, and dependability.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Evaluate intricate supply chain issues and operational delays to implement rapid, bespoke fixes for corporate clients.
• Interdepartmental Synergy: Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Global Supply Chain teams to expedite case resolutions and maintain precise system records.
• Fully Funded Training: Complete an all-inclusive, company-paid onboarding initiative. Previous automotive engineering or mechanical background is not mandatory; we supply full technical training.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Required Language Skills

• Dual-Language Fluency: Exceptional, fluent proficiency in both Czech and Russian is mandatory, including total command of written and spoken communication in both tongues.
• Corporate English: At least a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level is necessary to utilize internal software, read technical files, and engage with global colleagues.
