Job summary

Bleckmann, a fashion & lifestyle e-commerce logistics leader, seeks a Customer Service Employee to be the first point of contact for our clients and manage one or more accounts with timely follow-up of requests and cases.

You will bridge between customers and operations, analyze forecasts and volumes, and ensure accurate data handling. Dutch and English fluency, strong Excel skills, and a proactive mindset are required. Rieme, Desteldonk or Belsele work location.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a must.
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• At least a secondary education diploma (administration, economy, office, ...)

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with our customers via email and phone.
• Handle and follow up customer questions, complaints and files.
• Act as a strong link between our customers and operational teams.
• Follow and analyze forecasts and volumes.
• Monitor and control operational performance and KPIs.
• Proactively think with our customers and provide solution-oriented advice.
• Ensure correct administrative processing of customer data.
• Prepare reports and analyze data.
• Contribute to process improvements.
