Accountable Banking Belgium is expanding its Customer Success Team to support freelancers in NL/FR/EN. The role focuses on easy navigation of taxes, payments, and finances within the app, with a strong emphasis on user communication and proactive problem solving.

You will collaborate with our teams in Brussels and Berlin, contributing ideas for improved user journeys and testing. A long-term, hybrid work setup is offered in a growing startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree or training, or relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Excellent communication skills with empathy.
• Interest in self-employment or related area.

Aufgaben

• Direct communication with customers to support users (NL/FR/EN).
• Serve as interface between users and banking partner.
• Develop ideas for user communication and implement after consultation.
• Collaborate with Berlin/Brussels colleagues on user communication.
• Assist with testing to improve user journeys in mobile and web apps.
• Work with marketing and product teams to ensure a perfect customer journey.
