Job summary

Edenred in Brussels is seeking a Product Manager for its Engagement Platform (SaaS) to own the local product roadmap and lifecycle. You will work with international teams to drive adoption, launch features, and monitor performance, delivering value to clients and partners.

You will collaborate with Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Success, translating local business needs into priorities while embracing agile delivery and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, digital, technology or related field.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• Experience in SaaS environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English, proficient in French and/or Dutch.
• Experience with agile product delivery and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

You will act as the bridge between global product teams and local business stakeholders while ensuring successful product launches and ongoing platform evolution.More specifically, you will be responsible for:* Owning the local product roadmap and managing the entire product lifecycle.* Driving the launch, adoption and performance monitoring of new features and platform enhancements* Translating local business needs into product requirements and priorities while influencing the global roadmap.* Coordinating testing, validation and implementation activities with business and technology stakeholders.* Working closely with Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Ops and Customer Success teams to support product positioning, launches, training and adoption initiatives# **WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU*** You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, digital, technology or a related field.* You have at least **5 years of experience in digital product management**, digital project management or a similar role.
