Job summary

Edenred Belgium is seeking a Product Manager for our Engagement Platform (SaaS) to own the local roadmap and ensure successful launches. You will bridge global product teams with local business stakeholders, driving adoption and ongoing evolution of the platform.

You will work with Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Ops andCustomer Success to support positioning, training and adoption initiatives in a hybrid Brussels setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
• Customer-centric design and user experience principles knowledge.
• Strong data-driven decision making and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

You will act as the bridge between global product teams and local business stakeholders while ensuring successful product launches and ongoing platform evolution.More specifically, you will be responsible for:* Owning the local product roadmap and managing the entire product lifecycle.* Driving the launch, adoption and performance monitoring of new features and platform enhancements* Translating local business needs into product requirements and priorities while influencing the global roadmap.* Coordinating testing, validation and implementation activities with business and technology stakeholders.* Working closely with Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Ops and Customer Success teams to support product positioning, launches, training and adoption initiatives# **WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU*** You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, digital, technology or a related field.* You have at least **5 years of experience in digital product management**, digital project management or a similar role.
