Edenred Belgium BeLux is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the Middle Office with cross-functional Agile teams across Benefits, Engagement and Mobility products. You will document requirements, model processes, and collaborate with Product Owners, developers and end users to deliver value in sprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' digital experience as BA, PO or PM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Stakeholder management across multi-level teams.

Your scope will be our Middle Office solutions with a focus on transversal topics and cover from the lead to contract process, ordering, valuing & billing for our stakeholders Users, Clients & Merchants, on our 3 main products Benefits, Engagement and mobility. You will work in coordination with the analysts of the other teams and the stakeholders of multiple internal departments.The key stakeholders for this position are: * **Internal:** End-users & key users, analysts, product managers and executives, process owners/team leaders and managers, Agile Teams (Scrum Masters and Product Owners).* **External:** HQ’s corporate IT, Remote Development centers, customers and partners.* **Reporting Line:** you report directly to the Functional Team Lead of the Middle Office team.As an IT Business Analyst, you will be in charge of: * **Business analysis & modelling:** understanding, documenting, supporting and analyzing the applications and procedures that support the business functions performed in the different departments of the company* **Requirements definition & management:** defining user stories and acceptance criteria with the key users, Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Sponsors* **Development & implementation:** participate actively with the dev. team, lead the validation efforts with the end users and proactively help the team members on their tasks to finish each Sprint* **Application support & Customer service support:** as a team, take responsibility of changes put into production* **The quality of the deliverables:** testing of Developments, Business Process & applications# **WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU** You have a proven track record (minimum 3 years) in the digital field as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager.
