• Process and manage customer purchase orders promptly, ensuring alignment with logistics and shipping requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and day-to-day issues.
• Provide customers with accurate information about orders, products, and services per company processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions of concerns.
• Record and track customer issues in Salesforce and ensure proper follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to resolve order and delivery issues efficiently.
• Support knowledge sharing and participate in market-specific training initiatives.
• Contribute to team performance by maintaining a customer-focused mindset and supporting colleagues to meet KPIs.
