Supplychain.careers is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the main contact for customers, ensuring that orders, quotes, and questions are handled accurately and promptly. You will work with Sales, Planning and Logistics to coordinate activities and provide timely updates on deliveries.

The role requires regular communication with customers and accurate data entry in ERP and CRM systems to support smooth order processing and strong customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Answer questions about products, orders, deliveries and services
• Process and monitor customer orders in the ERP system
• Check product availability and lead times
• Prepare quotes and follow them up
• Keep customers informed about their order and any changes or delays
• Seek solutions for questions, problems or complaints
• Build a good and long-lasting relationship with customers
• Maintain customer data and agreements in the CRM and ERP systems
