START PEOPLE seeks a detail-focused Order-to-Delivery specialist to oversee the complete order lifecycle in an international environment. You will process sales orders and quotations, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

You will keep customers informed through reporting tools, manage export documents for international shipments, and handle returns while driving process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the complete order process from request to delivery
• Process sales orders and quotations with a strong focus on accuracy
• Liaise with internal departments regarding product availability, deliveries, and invoicing
• Prepare and manage export documentation for international shipments
• Handle returns and follow up on customer complaints
• Keep customers informed about order status and deliveries through reporting tools
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including customers, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
• Prepare and distribute reports on order status, deliveries, and critical issues
• Identify potential bottlenecks within processes and contribute to improvement initiatives
• Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with various departments
