Synergie Diegem is seeking a customer-focused professional to be the main point of contact for key customers across the EMEA region, driving satisfaction and service excellence in a fast-paced international environment.

You will manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment, coordinate with Sales, Product Management and Supply Chain, provide customers with technical, regulatory and commercial documentation, resolve issues, and continually identify service improvements to strengthen partnerships.
