Jobat is seeking an experienced order processing specialist to manage customer orders in an international setting. You will ensure accurate administrative handling, monitor quality, timelines, and proactive communication throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Key tasks include coordinating the full order process from request to delivery, processing sales orders and quotations, liaising with internal departments on availability, deliveries and invoicing, and preparing export documentation for

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the complete order process from request to delivery.
• Process sales orders and quotations with a focus on accuracy.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding product availability, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Prepare and manage export documentation for international shipments.
• Handle returns and follow up on customer complaints.
• Keep customers informed about order status and deliveries through reporting tools.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including customers, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Prepare and distribute reports on order status, deliveries, and critical issues.
• Identify potential bottlenecks within processes and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with various departments.
