Start People is seeking an organized Order Management Specialist to coordinate the full order lifecycle in an international setting. You will process sales orders, liaise with product availability, deliveries, and invoicing, and prepare export documentation for international shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• 1 to 3 years in customer service, administration, or order management.
• Experience in an international environment and the shipping industry.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international payment terms is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the complete order process from request to delivery.
• Process sales orders and quotations with a focus on accuracy.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding product availability, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Prepare and manage export documentation for international shipments.
• Handle returns and follow up on customer complaints.
• Keep customers informed about order status and deliveries through reporting tools.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including customers, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Prepare and distribute reports on order status, deliveries, and critical issues.
• Identify potential bottlenecks within processes and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with various departments.
