Zusammenfassung

Televic Rail seeks a curious Customer Service Engineer to join our team in Izegem, Belgium. You will install and configure our passenger information software on trains, train clients, and perform testing to ensure top quality.

You’ll travel across Western Europe to customer sites and provide hands-on training. When not on the road, you work at our Izegem headquarters providing expert remote support, troubleshooting, and project assistance across departments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, ICT or equivalent.
• Expertise in system testing and troubleshooting.
• Fundamental knowledge of Linux, software, hardware and networking (TCP/IP, FTP, SSH).
• Well organized with ability to prioritize and work independently; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal and written English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• On-field support including software installations and training on trains.
• Travel across Western & Northern Europe to customer sites and operators.
• Remote support from Izegem headquarters; primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Technical troubleshooting and project support within Televic Rail and cross-department teams.
