Televic Rail in Belgium is seeking a Field & Remote Support Engineer to install and configure our passenger information systems on trains across Western Europe. You will be the primary technical contact at customer sites, traveling as needed and delivering high‑quality support.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/ Electronics/ ICT, strong Linux/ networking knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, ICT or equivalent.
• Experience in system testing and troubleshooting.
• Fundamental knowledge of Linux, software, hardware and networking (TCP/IP, FTP, SSH).

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Provide remote and on-field technical support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Project Management and multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and quality.
