Job summary

Villeroy Boch in Belgium seeks a customer-focused order handler to support an international customer base. You will manage order intake, handle inquiries by phone and email, and ensure timely follow-up and accurate processing.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English with strong computing skills. A Bachelor degree is required; 1–2 years in customer service is preferred, with independence and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service area (preferable).
• Commercial insight and ability to handle inquiries, information, orders and complaints.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing for a group of customers within an international environment.
• Contact customers by telephone or e-mail to provide information, resolve problems, take orders and handle complaints.
• Ensure timely and accurate order follow-up and customer service.
• Develop a strong knowledge of products.
• Process credit notes and invoices in cooperation with central accounting.
• Manage customer product returns and related administration.

This function is the link between the customer and the internal and external sales organization. It is the d** irect contact point for all questions from customers, ensures order and delivery follow up, solves customer requests, handles general sales administration, returns, credit notes, …**

Tasks:

• Responsible for the order handling for a group of customers within an international environment.
• Telephone or e‑mail contact with customers: providing information, solving problems, receiving orders, handling complaints, …
• Ensures timely and accurate order follow up and customer service.
• Develops a high level of product knowledge.
• Follows up credit notes, invoices, in co-operation with central accounting.
• Responsible for customer product returns, including administration.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree.

1-2 years of experience in a customer service area is preferable.

Commercial insight, excellent knowledge of the Dutch, French & English language (written and spoken), good computing skills, organizational talent, team player but able to work independently, stress resilient.
