VELUX Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be a main contact for customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email. You will help understand needs, guide to the right solution and deliver excellent service with thorough training and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong listening and questioning skills.
• Friendly, professional and confident communication.
• Accurate data handling and ability to use different systems and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Support customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable VELUX solution
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, orders and conditions
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with other departments when needed
• Recognise commercial opportunities and respond to them naturally
• Navigate different systems and information tools to provide fast and accurate answers
• Contribute to an excellent customer experience from the first contact onwards
