Job summary

CHEP Belgium is seeking a data-driven Account Management Analyst to translate retailer data into actionable insights and improve account performance. You will monitor account health, lead reconciliations, and prepare KPI reports with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in Dutch and English, strong analytical skills, and experience with Analysis for Office, VBA and Power Query are required. This hybrid role offers a 40-hour week, lunch vouchers, and comprehensive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse retailer operational data to produce insights that improve account performance and operational accuracy.
• Monitor account health by identifying issues and implementing corrective actions with retailer account managers.
• Lead reconciliation and audit activities across assigned retailer portfolios with data integrity and compliant reporting.
• Prepare KPI and performance reports translating data into insights supporting customer decision-making and transparency.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and customer value creation.
• Resolve customer inquiries including disputes using root cause analysis to suggest long-term improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support retailer account strategies.
• Contribute to development and adoption of predictive account health metrics for continuous improvement.
