Responsabilidades

• Analyse retailer operational data to improve account performance and accuracy.
• Monitor account health and resolve issues with retailer managers.
• Lead reconciliation and audit activities for retailer portfolios.
• Prepare KPI and performance reports translating data into insights.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and value creation.
• Resolve inquiries using root cause analysis and sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and IT teams.
• Support development of predictive metrics and continuous improvement.
