Computacenter is seeking a motivated Customer Executive to join our expanding team in Belgium. You will be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams, overseeing end-to-end experiences from pre-sales through order management and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (B2B environment is a plus)
• Proactive customer focus and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership and solve problems proactively
• Good understanding of business processes and customer expectations
• Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates a growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high service quality
• Co-ordinating quotations and orders with internal teams and monitoring performance
• Ensure delivery in line with customer service levels
• Is responsible for pricing and margin checks, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
• Oversee customer stock management and collaborate with teams to optimize levels
• Manage customer deployment schedules and order instructions accurately
• Ensure orders and invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner
