Editx is seeking a motivated Customer Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Belgium. You will be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience throughout pre-sales, order management, and post-sales processes.

You will own end-to-end customer interactions, coordinate quotations and orders, monitor performance, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining favorable pricing and margins.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage quotations and orders with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Own end-to-end customer experience from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Coordinate quotations and orders with internal teams.
