Zusammenfassung

Vector Synergy is seeking an experienced voice network professional in Belgium to provide first- and second-line support for the Service Centre. The role involves diagnosing and resolving voice incidents, and installing, replacing, and configuring network voice systems to ensure reliable communications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Unified Communications, SBCs, and AD/PKI, and will contribute to maintaining PBX infrastructure and voice security.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Minimum 3 years with operation, deployment and configuration of Unified Communications systems (Lync/Skype for Business).
• Experience with Voice Session Border Controllers.
• Knowledge of maintaining PBX equipment, preferably Alcatel.
• Knowledge of AudioCodes SBCs.
• Experience with Active Directory and PKI technologies.
