Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cost Manager NL/FR in Belgium to oversee the financial management of construction and fit-out projects from concept to delivery. You will work with Project Managers, Architects and Suppliers to maintain budgets, ensure quality, and meet programme objectives.

Responsibilities include cost planning, procurement leadership, market intelligence, and budget control across the project lifecycle, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in cost management and budgeting for construction/fit-out projects.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cost planning, budgeting and value engineering for projects.
• Lead tendering, RFQs and procurement processes with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, review changes and provide cost reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Owners to ensure project financial objectives.
