AECOM Belgium is seeking a seasoned cost management professional to join our growing team in Leuven. You will monitor project budgets, provide cost reviews and trend analyses, and advise on value engineering to keep projects within budget.

You will coordinate variations, review invoices, issue interim certificates, and contribute to monthly cost reports while collaborating with project teams, contractors, and clients. Fluent English and Belgian market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Belgian cost management knowledge and local market experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Accurate, able to handle pressure.
• Strong teamwork and client focus.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and review project budgets with cost trend assessments.
