Arcadis is seeking a seasoned Cost Manager in Belgium to lead cost models from feasibility through detailed design, ensuring measurement conformity and robust tender reporting. You will partner with Program and Project Managers for financial oversight and dashboards, advising on change management and contingency usage.

We value engineers with strong contract knowledge, communication at senior levels, and fluency in Dutch and English, plus a proactive, detail-oriented approach to data management

Qualifications

• Education in industrial or civil engineering, construction or architecture.
• Professional qualification or RICS membership is an asset.
• Proven experience as a cost manager in the sector.
• Extensive knowledge of contract types.
• Strong communication across senior management levels.
• Enthusiastic team player with optimization and detail focus.
• Computer-literate with a digital approach to data management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Draw up and verify cost models from feasibility to detailed designs based on benchmarks and pricing data.
• Verify measurement records for conformity with methods and contractual clauses; supervise tendering and quotations.
• Create financial analyses from quotations and prepare tender reports.
• Collaborate with Program and Project Managers for financial follow-up and maintain dashboards.
• Advise on financial aspects within change management, scope control and contingency usage.
• Check receivables against actual execution and prepare payment certificates.
• Maintain complete data and information management for investment and maintenance costs.
