Projective Group Talent is seeking a delivery-focused professional to support strategic projects within a leading bank. You will build practical project management experience while working in central strategy, turning priorities into concrete delivery plans.

You will join the central Strategy Office, helping to shape change and align initiatives with organizational goals. A Master’s degree and 1–5 years in project delivery are expected.

Your Tasks

• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans and actions.
• Coordinate activities, milestones and follow-up across project teams.
• Monitor progress, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Prepare concise project updates and decision-making materials.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.
• Contribute to a structured, collaborative and improvement-focused way of working.

Your Skills

• You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• You bring 1 to 5 years of experience in project delivery, project management or a related role.
• You can organise work, follow up actions and keep delivery on track.
• You communicate clearly and work confidently with different stakeholders.
• You combine structured thinking with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.
• You take ownership while collaborating closely with colleagues and project teams.
• You are motivated to work on strategic change in a banking environment.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
