Koda Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major core banking transformation in Brussels. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating Business Analysts, IT teams and programme leadership to replace legacy platforms with modern target systems in a hybrid Brussels setup.

The role requires strong governance, planning and risk management capabilities, with a focus on delivering complex initiatives within a banking environment.

• Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills.
• Excellent planning, forecasting and delivery governance capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of core banking transformation projects.
• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Identify issues early and implement mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
• Provide clear project reporting and delivery forecasting.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Manage dependencies within and outside the department.
• Challenge assumptions and drive accountability in decision-making.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, architects, and programme managers.
• Ensure migration from legacy systems to modern target platforms.
