Keystone Solutions seeks a Senior M365 SharePoint Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will define SharePoint architecture, design document models, automate workflows with Power Automate, and drive governance and migration strategies within Microsoft 365.

You will work on complex projects involving OCR, metadata enrichment, and enterprise content management, ensuring security and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale document systems handling hundreds of thousands to millions of items.
• Expertise in metadata models, taxonomy, and content classification.
• Proven ability to design workflows with Power Automate and 365 services.
• Knowledge of document governance, retention, and archiving policies.
• Hands-on with OCR and automated metadata enrichment.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior M365 SharePoint Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be involved in strategic projects related to document management, digital transformation, business process automation, and enterprise content governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the target SharePoint architecture in accordance with enterprise standards, business needs, and document governance requirements.
• Design and deploy document architectures suitable for large volumes, integrating SharePoint with other technologies as necessary.
• Define, review, and implement metadata models, taxonomies, content types, and classification rules.
• Implement document governance strategies, records management, archiving, and retention policies.
• Design and deploy automated business workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 services.
• Prepare and oversee migrations to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint with the Document Management Project Manager.
• Implement OCR solutions to automatically extract content from documents, images, and scanned forms.
• Utilize SharePoint Premium or other solutions to automate classification, metadata extraction, and content enrichment.
• Design intelligent document processing models to identify, classify, and automatically extract key information.
• Automate document processes to reduce manual interventions.
• Apply security, compliance, and privacy requirements to digital content.
• Contribute to the implementation of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview governance policies.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and maintainability of implemented solutions.
• Support users in adopting best practices for document management and digital collaboration.
• Continuously monitor developments in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI, Content Services, and Information Management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in large-scale document environments, handling hundreds of thousands to millions of documents.
• Advanced expertise in document classification, workflow automation, OCR, and AI-based automatic metadata enrichment.
