Reply is seeking a Change Management and Digital Adoption expert to lead Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programs across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will act as a trusted advisor, facilitate executive briefings, and design role-based enablement initiatives including training, coaching, and playbooks.

The role emphasizes building champion networks, developing communication strategies, and tracking adoption KPIs to demonstrate business value with measurable outcomes across an international client

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Adoption, Organizational Transformation, or Modern Workplace consulting.
• Mandatory certifications include PROSCI Change Management Certification, MS-900, and a Copilot-related certification.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and develop business cases.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva Suite, Copilot) and Responsible AI principles.

• Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and change management programs, define adoption roadmaps, assess organizational readiness, and build engagement plans based on PROSCI ADKAR principles
• Act as trusted advisor to customers by facilitating executive briefings, AI vision workshops, \"Art of the Possible\" sessions, and business case discussions around AI-enabled ways of working
• Design and deliver role-based enablement initiatives, including training programs, onboarding sessions, coaching, playbooks, prompt libraries, learning journeys, and adoption kits
• Build and activate Copilot Champion networks and communities of practice, organize knowledge-sharing sessions and feedback forums, and support long‑term adoption across business teams
• Create communication and awareness strategies to support AI transformation, including executive messaging, communication campaigns, newsletters, success stories, and adoption assets
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs, analyze usage data and user feedback, deliver dashboards and business value reports, and continuously optimize adoption activities based on insights and performance trends
• A strategic role at the intersection of AI, change management, and modern workplace transformation
• Exposure to high‑impact Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programs and enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple organizations

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Adoption, Organizational Transformation, or Modern Workplace consulting, with proven involvement in enterprise‑wide transformation programs
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption initiatives, including executive workshops, stakeholder engagement, training design, and champion network activation
• Mandatory certifications include PROSCI Change Management Certification, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), and a Microsoft Applied Skills or equivalent Copilot-related certification
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders, develop business cases, and support value realization initiatives
• Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva Suite, Microsoft Copilot Studio at awareness level, and Responsible AI principles
