Keystone Solutions seeks a versatile AI Solutions Analyst & Engineer to drive GenAI projects for our client, embedding in Brussels-based teams and collaborating with the AI Center of Expertise. The assignment blends business analysis, prompt engineering, and hands-on AI design in a hybrid consultancy model.

You will translate business needs into functional specs, design LLM workflows and RAG pipelines, and lead testing, rollout, and continuous improvement with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Digital Product Delivery, or Solution Engineering with GenAI/LLM-focused work.
• End-to-end delivery of conversational AI or chatbot solutions, ideally in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to design and iterate prompts, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks with internal AI teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and executable backlog items.
• Active involvement in Agile environments with autonomous planning and delivery.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions for our client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate within the client's Program Management Life Department, embedded in the Life Digital Solutions team. This team is in charge of Life digital projects, including driving the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions within the business line. This includes defining a comprehensive roadmap in alignment with internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of these initiatives in collaboration with the central competence center. Additionally, the team is tasked with creating awareness and fostering a deeper understanding of AI across the Life department with the internal community. To succeed, working closely with the client's A.I. Central Competence Center as well as with IT colleagues is a must; reconciling divergent interests is a challenge. We are looking for a versatile and autonomous AI Solutions Analyst & Engineer to lead the delivery of GenAI-powered projects, including the development of an enterprise-grade chatbot using LLM technologies. This hybrid role combines business analysis, prompt engineering, and hands‑on AI solution design. The ideal candidate can capture and translate business requirements, design and refine LLM-based workflows, collaborate with the internal AI Center of Expertise, and drive projects end‑to‑end—from discovery and solution definition to testing, rollout, and continuous improvement as a Keystone Solutions consultant at the client site. Consultancy Nature of Work:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on‑site at the client location and through flex arrangements where applicable. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and Keystone's internal experts, delivering outcomes under Keystone's consultancy model while integrating into the client’s teams and processes. Responsibilities and deliverables listed in this description will be executed by you as a Keystone Solutions consultant in partnership with the client.

Assignment Details:

• Mission period: Expected Start date: Asap; Duration: 12 months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)
• Language requirement: Candidate must at least be fluent in Dutch or in French, and have a good level in the other language, including English
• Localisation: Brussels centre and possibility of flexiwork
• Level of education required: Master

Key Responsibilities and Scope:

• Lead the delivery of GenAI-powered projects, including the development of an enterprise-grade chatbot using LLM technologies
• Perform business analysis, prompt engineering, and hands‑on AI solution design
• Capture and translate business requirements into functional specifications and executable backlog items
• Design and refine LLM-based workflows, including prompts, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks

Business experience required (work experience) — Mandatory:

• Experience in a combination of Business Analysis, Digital Product Delivery, or Solution Engineering, including at least 2 years working with GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering conversational AI or chatbot solutions end‑to‑end (discovery build test rollout), ideally in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to design and iterate prompts, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks, and to collaborate with an internal AI Center of Expertise (data/ML/architecture/security).
• Hands‑on experience translating business requirements into functional specs and executable backlog items, plus defining and executing LLM test strategies (golden set, regression, safety tests).
• Experience operating in Agile environments, with autonomy to plan, execute, and report progre

Technical experience required (hard skills related to physical or digital tools) — Mandatory:

• Designing test suites for LLM solutions: golden sets, regression tests, adversarial prompts
• Defining evaluation metrics (accuracy proxies, groundedness, response quality rubrics)
• Logging/monitoring: prompt/response traces, latency, cost, quality signals
