• Flexibility to work Monday–Friday shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) with 2 Saturdays per month.

• Lead team communication through regular meetings and collaboration.
• Ensure accurate administration and reporting, including planning updates and data registration.
• Safeguard QSHE standards and take corrective actions when needed.
• Promote safety, health, environmental rules and maintain a clean workplace.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of warehouse employees within your assigned operational area, ensuring efficient organisation of daily activities. Reporting directly to the Shift Leader, you work closely with both shift leaders and your team to secure smooth, safe, and continuously improving operations both in the short and long term. In this role, you play a key part in fostering a positive culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, actively contributing ideas and supporting management in driving operational excellence.

• Coordinate and distribute daily tasks, ensuring teams have the resources needed to execute activities efficiently;
• Monitor operational performance, including productivity, quality of goods handling, and adherence to planning;
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, staffing, and use of resources;
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees, providing guidance in cases of performance or behavioral issues;
• Lead team communication through regular meetings and by fostering respectful, disciplined collaboration;
• Ensure accurate administration and reporting, including planning updates and data registration in relevant systems;
• Safeguard quality standards (QSHE), performing checks and taking corrective or preventive actions when needed;
• Promote and enforce safety, health, environmental rules, and maintain a clean, well-organized workplace

• Experience in Contract Logistics / Warehousing;
• Proven team leadership experience;
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch;
• Flexibility to work Monday-Friday shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) and availability for 2 Saturdays per month, with a compensatory weekday off (always 5 working days/week);
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and result-driven mindset;
