Qualifications

• Proven team leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Flexibility to work Monday–Friday shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) with 2 Saturdays per month.
• Customer-focused and a strong team player.
• Able to train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute daily tasks, ensuring teams have resources needed.
• Monitor performance: productivity, quality of goods handling, adherence to planning.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, staffing, and resources.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees; address performance or behavioral issues.
• Lead team communication through regular meetings and collaboration.
• Ensure accurate administration and reporting, including planning updates and data registration.
• Safeguard QSHE standards and take corrective actions when needed.
• Promote safety, health, environmental rules and maintain a clean workplace.
