Kuehne+Nagel offers a Young Potential Program designed to develop future leaders in the logistics sector. You will be challenged daily in an international environment to unlock your potential and grow leadership skills through hands-on experience in warehouse operations.

The program welcomes graduates with a bachelor’s degree, up to one year of work experience, and strong English with Dutch language skills. Curiosity and an entrepreneurial attitude are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Fluent English and good command of Dutch required.
• Curious and entrepreneurial mindset encouraged to drive improvements.
• Plus: international internship, board year or volunteering experience.

Responsabilités

• Join the Young Potential Program and gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
• Develop leadership skills and progress into leadership roles.
• Contribute to process improvements and operations optimization.
• Adapt to rotating shift schedule and work Monday to Friday.

What we would like you to bring

• A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, SME management, Management or a related field — but other backgrounds are welcome as long as you have a strong interest in the dynamic world of logistics;
• A maximum of 1 year of work experience;
• As an international company, we expect you to speak and write fluent English. On the work floor, Dutch is mainly spoken, so it is essential that you have a good command of Dutch as well;
• Curious and entrepreneurial — if you see something that can be improved or done differently, we want to hear it;
• Additional experience such as an international internship, a board year, and/or volunteer work is a plus;
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
