Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking a Head of Compliance (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels. The role leads the compliance function for a newly established Belgian non-life entity within a large international group.

You will design, implement and oversee the compliance framework, interact with senior management and regulators, and drive risk-based programmes while promoting a strong compliance culture across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Certified compliance officer for the insurance sector.
• 8+ years of compliance experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Solvency II governance and internal controls.
• Excellent communication with governance bodies and regulators.

Responsabilités

• Design and oversee the compliance framework for the Belgian entity.
• Guide senior management and Board on regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute risk-based compliance plans and reporting.
• Liaise with regulators and supervise authorities as needed.
• Promote a strong compliance culture across the organisation.
