imec, a world-leading research institution, seeks a Corporate Insurance Manager to own its global insurance portfolio and shape a future-proof strategy aligned with its international growth.

You will coordinate renewals, advise on contract insurance aspects, and drive preventive actions from claims insights, while monitoring budgets and market developments to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate insurance, brokerage, claims or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate insurance programs.
• Excellent networking, relationship-building and stakeholder influence.
• Experience in international manufacturing or tech environments is valued.
• Hands-on professional who blends strategy with execution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own imec's global corporate insurance portfolio and strategy.
• Coordinate policy renewals and manage the portfolio.
• Advise business teams on insurance across contracts and projects.
• Coordinate insurance claims and drive preventive actions from lessons learned.
• Monitor budgets, claims trends and market developments.
• Provide management with clear reporting and recommendations.
