Enzo Tech Group is partnering with a major international organisation to standardise compensation and benefits operations. They require a Compensation & Benefits Operations Consultant to join them on a six-month consulting engagement, based in Brussels with hybrid work (two days per week onsite).

The role focuses on supporting the effective delivery of compensation, benefits and reward processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits operations.
• Knowledge of Belgian compensation and employment practices.
• Experience with salary reviews and bonus processes.

Enzo Tech Group are working with a major international organisation who are embarking on the improvement and standardisation of their compensation and benefits operations.

They require a Compensation & Benefits Operations Consultant to join them on a consulting engagement.

This role will focus on supporting the effective delivery of compensation, benefits and reward processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day delivery of compensation and benefits processes.
• Manage employee compensation data, benefits administration and operational queries.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles and reward programmes.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, finance and external benefit providers.
• Produce compensation reports and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong operational experience within Compensation & Benefits.
• Good understanding of Belgian compensation, benefits and employment practices.
• Experience supporting salary review and bonus processes.
• Strong Excel, reporting and HR systems skills.
• Fluent French and English with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 month initial contract with likelihood of an extension
• Hybrid working with two days per week onsite.
• Based in Brussels, Belgium.
