Our client, a European association based in Brussels, seeks a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead programs across the organisation. The role focuses on developing and managing compensation and benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting HR strategy.

The candidate will design policies, run benchmarking and reporting, oversee benefits administration, and partner with HR on reward strategy, L&D, and recruitment. Fluency in English plus French and/or Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, with knowledge of Belgian labour market.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel required (Power BI is a plus).
• Project management skills, proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their People, Talent & Culture team. This role will focus on developing and managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting HR strategy across the organisation.
