We develop and produce a wide range of products including woven labels, hangtags, embroidery badges, silicone and TPU badges, transfers, metal logo items and other fashion accessories. We are strongly specialized in fashion headwear, which we supply to high‑end fashion brands internationally.
Our business is highly international. Our commercial team is based in Europe, while we work closely with our purchase team and production partners in China, Turkey and other sourcing locations.
We are currently entering an exciting new phase: L&T is moving to a fully integrated ERP system with Odoo, connecting our sales, purchasing, inventory, logistics and invoicing processes and improving the way we work and collaborate.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and a natural sense of ownership.
You take responsibility for your work, follow through on commitments and don't wait for problems to solve themselves. You are comfortable taking initiative and actively closing open points.
You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple customers, orders and priorities at the same time. You can distinguish between urgent and important and maintain overview in a fast‑moving environment.
You communicate clearly, professionally and confidently with customers and colleagues. You understand the importance of proactive communication and raise potential issues early.
You understand customer needs and priorities and combine good service with commercial awareness. You can use judgement rather than treating every request or situation in exactly the same way.
You are practical and solution‑oriented. When something does not go according to plan, you focus on understanding the issue, involving the right people and finding a way forward.
You enjoy working across teams, cultures and locations. You can work independently while understanding that successful order management requires close collaboration between Sales, Production, Logistics and Finance.
You are comfortable working with ERP systems and digital tools and understand the importance of accurate data and disciplined ways of working. Experience with Odoo is an advantage but not required.
This is an on‑site position, so you should be able to commute to our Edegem office on a daily basis.
