Labels & Things, a European–Asia production house based in Antwerp, Belgium, seeks a Commercial Coordinator to manage end-to-end order follow-up, coordinate with sales and operations across Europe and Asia, and ensure smooth production and delivery processes. The role emphasizes ownership, organization, and proactive problem solving within a fast-moving fashion supply chain.

You will work closely with Sales, Production, Logistics and Finance, leveraging an ERP mindset and a data-driven approach

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in internal sales or order management.
• Fluent Mandarin and English; French is an asset.
• Experience with Odoo is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of commercial and operational follow-up of inquiries and orders through delivery and invoicing.
• Manage portfolio of customers, developments and orders with priorities, deadlines and open actions.
• Coordinate with sales agents on customer requests, quotations and follow-up.
• Coordinate with purchasing to follow up samples, production and delivery.
• Ensure accurate customer requirements, prices, quantities and deadlines communicated.
• Keep customers and sales agents informed about progress, changes and delays.
• Maintain accurate information in Odoo for all teams.
