Planisware Brussels is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our team. This is a customer-facing role where you will own end-to-end implementations of Planisware SaaS solutions, translating client needs into effective designs and ensuring successful go-lives.

You will work with project managers and senior leaders across Belgium and the Netherlands, delivering value, guiding changes, and promoting adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT or equivalent.
• Experience in software implementation or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver customer implementations of Planisware SaaS solutions from design to go‑live.
• Understand customer strategies, governance models, processes, and methodologies.
• Translate business needs into solution designs aligned with Planisware best practices.
• Configure, test, validate, and demonstrate solutions delivering tangible value.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and user trainings.
• Support change management and user adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and R&D teams.
• Contribute to long‑term customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.
