Jobtailor in Ghent Belgium is seeking a hands-on Implementation Consultant to manage full project lifecycles for Peripass deployments from kickoff to hypercare. You will translate client goals into practical configurations and run workshops with stakeholders.

You will configure the platform, develop test scenarios, oversee integrations and testing, and ensure on-time delivery while traveling within the Benelux. Strong communication and technical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong hands-on implementation or consulting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong technical affinity with IT/engineering backgrounds preferred.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and testing.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end customer projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Analyze customer goals and translate them into Peripass configurations.
• Facilitate customer workshops and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Configure the Peripass platform and prepare test scenarios.
• Coordinate integrations, API calls, and testing activities.
• Travel mainly within the Benelux and work from Ghent office.
• Maintain clear communication and build trust with clients and partners.
