Planisware in Brussels is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our team. This client-facing role delivers end-to-end SaaS implementations, turning business goals into working solutions with Planisware best practices.

You will design, configure, test, and train customers, translating strategies into actionable deployments while guiding change management and adoption across stakeholder groups in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsabilités

• Deliver customer implementations of Planisware SaaS solutions from design to go-live.
• Understand customer strategies, governance models, processes, and methodologies.
• Translate business needs into solution designs aligned with Planisware best practices.
• Configure, test, validate, and demonstrate solutions delivering tangible value.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and user trainings.
• Support change management and user adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and R&D teams.
• Contribute to long-term customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.

As we continue to grow in the Benelux region, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team in Brussels.

Missions

This is a customer-facing consulting role, where you will have real ownership and real impact.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work directly with customer stakeholders - from project managers to senior leaders - to design and deliver Planisware solutions that drive business outcomes, not just software go-lives.

You will be trusted to lead implementations end-to-end, translate strategy into execution, and influence how organizations manage change, priorities, and delivery.

Profil

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, IT or equivalent experience)

Experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused, structured, and delivery-oriented

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a strong plus)

Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment

Curious, autonomous, and eager to grow

Regular travel (mainly within Belgium and The Netherlands) is expected.
