Peripass seeks an ambitious Implementation Consultant for the Benelux region. You will manage full implementation journeys from kickoff to go-live and hypercare, guiding customers through workshops, configuration, testing and go-live.

You’ll combine project coordination with hands-on execution and own API integrations, testing, and troubleshooting. You’ll travel across Benelux, collaborate with internal teams and third parties, and build strong customer relationships through clear communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on implementation or consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (engineering/IT).
• Strong client-facing project work and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and empathy with a practical mindset.
• Hybrid role mixing project coordination with hands-on execution, including testing and configuration.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and troubleshooting is a plus (Postman/Swagger).
• Willingness to travel, primarily within the Benelux, and comfortable visiting customer sites.
• Dutch and English language proficiency; German or French is a plus.
