Qover is hiring multilingual graduates for Claims Associate roles in Brussels on a 6-month contract with a potential CDI extension. You will be the first point of contact for customers and guide them through the claims process with clarity and care.

You'll assess claims, calculate settlements and communicate in English plus another European language. We provide comprehensive training, a modern WeWork office in Brussels with a rooftop terrace, and the option to work up to three days remotely each

Qualifications

• Good written & verbal communication skills in English + at least one other European language (French, Dutch, German or other)
• A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in translation, law, business administration or a related field
• A self-motivated, curious and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn

What you'll do

As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for talented, multilingual graduates to join our team as claims associates, starting with a 6-month contract - with a possibility to extend to a CDI contract.

As a Claims Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the claims process with clarity and care, in multiple languages. You'll assess claims, investigate details and find solutions - all while sharpening your communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
