CNH Industrial seeks a Chief Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative, customer-focused system solutions that meet performance, quality, cost, and timing targets. You will drive technology roadmaps, coordinate subsystems, and manage risks to ensure successful product development and deployment.

The role emphasizes ownership of engineering program execution, collaboration across electronics, software, and controls, and the adoption of advanced problem-solving techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership roles in complex product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional, system-level product development programs from concept through production.

Responsabilités

• Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional design, development, and validation teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.
• Create and execute technology solution roadmaps to support future product strategy.
• Develop resource and competence plans to deliver future roadmaps and ensure capability.
• Ensure adherence to defined design interfaces across engineering teams for reliable machine function.
• Identify design risks and proactively mitigate them using engineering tools and processes.
• Lead critical product and technology decisions and align stakeholders for effective execution.
• Ensure clear product requirements cascade to engineering teams to deliver customer value.
• Own engineering program execution with KPIs and milestones.
• Drive continuous process improvements, including AI-enabled capabilities.
• Transfer knowledge and documentation across the product lifecycle to enable manufacturing and service.
